Ceramic Tile Inlaid in a Wood Floor
The original French door leaked water and the result was a ruined wood floor. The French door was replaced with a slider. (below) While the floor could have been repaired, the homeowner opted to prevent a recurrence by replacing the damaged area with a ceramic tile inlay. The homeowner had some tile left over from the kitchen, and opted for Laticrete epoxy grout to insure many year of maintenance free beauty.
